A coastal Encinitas home reworked around a new primary suite addition. Windows installed, stucco paper wrapped, insulation set. Filmed in three phases by our drone team so the design-build process reads as one continuous story. Composite decking, Milgard windows, and a coastal beach-cottage palette.
