The work nobody sees has to be flawless. When the bath rides with the rest of the house, the trades are already on site and the detailing matches the kitchen and the living room.

Aging-in-place details that read as design
Curbless entries, grab-bar blocking, wider doors, and lever handles. The detailing reads as design, not as accessibility.

The bathrooms travel with the rest of the build. Eight to twelve weeks of dedicated trade work, typically concurrent with the rest of the project. Tile and stone install drive the timeline.

Yes, inside a larger project. Curbless wet rooms and freestanding tubs inside the shower boundary are part of a typical primary suite or whole-home remodel. We do not take a tub-to-shower conversion as a standalone job.
